Bruce Springsteens siebenundfünfzigster Auftritt am New Yorker Broadway.

Bruce Springsteens Ehefrau Patti Scialfa blieb diesem Auftritt fern. Bruce Springsteen stimmte anstatt „Tougher Than the Rest“ und „Brilliant Disguise“ die Songs „The Ghost of Tom Joad“ sowie „Long Time Comin'“ an.

Am 23. Dezember 2017 ging Little Stevens „Soulfire Tour 2017“ mit einer Show im „Count Basie Theatre“ in Red Bank, NJ zu Ende. Ein letztes Mal zelebrierte der 67jährige Künstler mit seiner 14köpfigen Begleitband ein atemberaubendes Konzert mit zahlreichen Klassikern und natürlich auch Weihnachtslieder.

Billboard veröffentlichte kurz vor Weihnachten ein Interview mit Little Steven. Der beliebte E Street Band Gitarrist sprach über seine neue Singleveröffentlichung „Merry Christmas (I Don’t Want To Fight Tonight)“ sowie über zukünftige Projekte. Unter anderem hat Steven Van Zandt fünf Drehbücher geschrieben, die womöglich bald verfilmt werden.

Little Steven sagte:

I’ve got five scripts out that I wrote, so I’m trying to create my own show but also I’ve had some offers for some other TV shows, which I’m considering / Quelle
